Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you and issue your refund.
Non-returnable Items
Custom/personalized items are not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect.
Exceptions / non-refundable
We cannot under any circumstances accept returns on gift cards.
